Out of position or not he was basically very poor tonight. Should be capable of far better performance. Needs to buck up a lot or just leave.

Don't agree judging any player not in his natural position. I'm pretty sure Rooney, messi, and Torres would have been pretty poor playing that position in that team!

My main concerns are with edu, weir and whittaker. 3 players in their natural positions and looking completely lost.

Out of position or not John Fleck has not looked the part, even in glimpses. Disappointing is not a strong enough word after the years of hype about this lad.

Lionel Messi would have looked shite in our team last night.

That set up just rips the heart out of our so called creative players because they are constantly on the back foot the whole game.

the promise and potential the lad had has been rapidly sooked away from him by a piss poor management team.

Left midfield - lets look at it:

Weiss*, Wylde, Kerkar, Lafferty - All should, given this is their more natural position, have played there instead of wee Fleck.

If one is injured, you move to the next, but you use players for the position they are coached to play in.

So last night we had options for the left and Fleck could have been available for his key position.

Last night:

Right Backs x 2

Centre Halfs x 4

Centre Mid x 3

Centre Fwd x 1 (saying Diouf is a striker but he could well be more of a midfielder also)

There lies the problem:

No Natural left sided width and a totally unbalanced side.....is it any wonder we are so bloody awful to watch.
