Surely the noise generated by the fans will only determine thatWhat you refer to is atmosphere, whereas the criticism was of the stadium's design. Basically the stadium shown here is virtually a carbon copy of other designs - particularly compared to Ibrox or the Lucas Oil Stadium for example.
