marmalade1872 40
its allways good to see the manky mob get stuffed as in last nights game ,but now it looks like they are going to walk in thrugh the back door, now my way of looking at this is septic new before the game they will get through as sion are playing players who are banned ,we all new that for the past three weeks so why did uefa let this game go ahead in the first place as it now looks as if its going to be nil and void, and why did septic now kick up a right fuss about this because it suited their game plan gate money plus television income and making uefa lookk good its enough to make you boak. MosesMcNeil 1,664
law courts always win see bosman for proof.Bosman took five years to get to court. Are Sion prepared to sit out of football for five years?I don't have the answer - it's certainly a very interesting case and we'll have at least some of the answers very soon when UEFA hear the sporting wings appeal. MosesMcNeil 1,664
sion and the players have already been to court and won.Sion have five players in their squad - Feindouno, Mario Mutsch and Gabri, Jose Goncalves and Billy Ketkeophomphone - who are, in the eyes of FIFA, ineligible to play in the competition. Sion's European squad, though, was approved by the Swiss FA who, along with the club, have reportedly been warned by UEFA general secretary Gianni Infantino about possible sanctions although the Court of Arbitration for Sport, who will rule on the issue, will not pass their verdict next week. The outcome is far from clear as yet. ricksen_da_best 2,034
Sions squad was APPROVED.Sion were banned last year for Two transfer windows. Two transfer windows passed, and they signed players. Fifa now claim their ban was for a full year, which included three windows, an increase on the two they stated the first time. Sion have done nothing wrong, the Swiss FA have backed them up.
