Broxi 12,207 Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 McGregor 7 - Did what he had to do.Bartley 8 - Great game, solid at the back at RB.Goian 8 - Very solid, made a lot of great tackles.Bocanegra 8 - Solid as well.Papac 8 - Got forward well and put in a few decent crossesAluko 9 - Beat everyone that tried to stop him but lacked the end product a lot in the first half but got a great goal in the 2nd and set up Wallace's excellently.Davis 8 - A much better performance from the captain.Edu 7 - Struggled at points throughout the game but did brilliantly to assist the goal. Worked hard.Wallace 9 - Great game from Lee again, got forward, put in good balls, worked hard and got his goal.Lafferty 1 - Only lasted 8 mins and is a huge blow to the team.Healy 7 - Well taken goal, could have had more maybe in the first half but did excellently considering his lack of game time.Fleck 8 - Really good performance from him, again lack of game time but was very comfortable on the ball and played great passes and cut through the Motherwell defence a few times.McMillan 6 - Seemed comfortable in CM when he came on in the second half.Kerkar 10 - Almost scored after 10 secs Great team performance, McGregor passing the ball out from the back and it showed in the possession stat. Fleck and healy deserve a lot of credit for they way they played today as well. Far more of a footballing side with Fleck playing, has a great eye for a pass. deleteduser1 169 Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 McGregor 7 - Didn't have much to do today but dealt with everything that was thrown at him with ease.Bartley 7 - Probably his best performance this season and showed he can play well at right back when called upon.Papac 7 - Cool as ice and as reliable as ever in defence. Put in a couple of cracking crosses too.Boca 8 - Classy and composed. His positioning is top notch. Been really impressed by the US captain since his arrival at the club. Goian 8 - His best game in a while. No frills , just good old fashioned defending.Wallace 8 - Good performance. Growing well into his new role in left mid. Davis 7 - More like his old self and it's surely no coincidence that the captain played much better with Lee out of the side and Fleck alongside him in CM.Edu 7 - Good game but we need more performances like this from Mo.Aluko 8 - Brings so much flair and energy to the attack. My MOM today.Lafferty 3 - injured early on - Hope the big man is back soon. Fleck 8 - Did really well today. So pleased for him and hope he can kick on and keep his place in the heart of the midfield. A massive improvement on LM. Healy 7 - Took his goal really well and looked up for it - think he will get among the goals regularly if he plays more often. Subs McMillan 5 - Did well when he came on.
