One of the main problems with the deal was that,the ST money went to them! Not the club,but if they are joint owners of the club then,it would be hard to object to that or any subsequent deal.

I won't argue about subsequent deals, but the present arrangement Ticketus have is with Whyte and Whyte alone (according to Whyte, who said that fact entitled him to use the money to pay Lloyds as promised).

Fair point, I just think buying into the club must have something to do with the money they my loss (away of recuperating some of it).
