RFC55 110,241
The JJB deal was a good deal.Umbro have already made next seasons kits so this is the least of our worries
gunslinger 270
seems not as far as I could find out.
Rfc#1. 1,877
Is the JJB deal no worth 3 mill a season. Might wanna keep that deal going. Runs out in a couple years anyway I think. But I dunno if being a newco would negate the deal.
nachothelegend 1,932
No it would probably be under the SPL sanctions.Fucking everything else is .

Also the JJB deal is, I believe, for the rights to sell in the UK so I there may be an opportunity to sell the strips in the US through Nike stores, seeing as Umbro are a Nike subsidiary. Though who buys a strip based on the kit manufacturer and sponsor?
nemisis 358
Newco isn't tied to any deals, so we can get rid of JJB, thank god.
allanh91 75
Why the hate for the Umbro strips? I like them Also, JJB deal was a good bit of business. All the time in the world for a new deal when this one expires.
BananaMan 63
I always thought we were on a rolling contract with Umbro.

Non_Sucumbi 876
Let's get rid of Umbro and get either Nike, Adidas or Puma on board.... The taigs can keep Umbro..... 'suits you sir'.
JTP 221
Let's get rid of Umbro and get either Nike, Adidas or Puma on board.... The taigs can keep Umbro..... 'suits you sir'.The taigs are with nike. And unless I'm mistaken I don't believe Nike sponsor two big clubs in the one city.So we really should try and get Adidas on board after this season. And anyhow, under the new SFA sanctions any money Rangers make from strip sales go directly into the Celtic transfer kitty. Last time we had n\Nike on board did they not make the tarrier shirts as well?
