(1) Can someone confirm the legal expenses to fight the transfer embargo came from RFFF ?

(2) Does the requirement to accept current SFA sanctions include transfer embargo ?

(3) The condition that SEVCO will be liable for anything else which comes to light re OLDCO - does that include a possible breach of EBT's ie dual contracts or is that viewed as "old" news ?
