McConville is a DISGRACE to the profession.

ANYONE Who is not allowed to Practice unless supervised for 10 years (I looked up the SSDT) is a Disgrace

ANYONE who neglects their duties in the way he has is a Disgrace.

He may have a Law Degree and he may comment, however given the fact that he is in the position he is means he is not in a credible position to comment.

There are FAR more respectable legal sources to comment on this who do not feature him or Harper Mcleod!

Also on the internet are a variety of search engines, might be an idea to use them before using them as a source, particularly if the trhead you're making could be perceived as anti-Rangers...
