Was completely against giving him a new deal earlier in the season, then was 50/50 about it and probably now 60/40 in favour of keeping him.

He's having a great season, his supposed wages and the fact he's had purple patches but been unable to maintain them are really the only things that count against him now.

Actually thought he was one of the very few bright spots under Beale but he’s taken it to a higher level with a real manager.

Ideally we can get him tied into a new deal that works for us and him but if he goes at contract expiry then it’s the nature of the game as that’s how we got him.

His peak was under Gio imo.

What a game yesterday, his assist for Ridvan is so class.

Last night reminded me of that period under GvB when everything went through him tactically changing formation and tempo.

Hopefully he can keep up his form.
