Shopto.net Pre-Order Compensate

Shopto do a thing where you get £5 credit if your pre-order doesn't arrived by release date. Mines didn't but on the website it tells me to complete a compensate form which it nicely DOESN'T LINK AND I CAN'T FUCKING FIND.

Help please.

Go into your account settings and then click on contact centre,then open a ticket and tell them your problem here,they should get back to you asap or call 0844 318 1328

you cant create a ticket for that, have tried.

Just select any option mate that lets you able to complain that's what I did and got a reply and problem sorted within the hour,my problem was I ordered 2games on sat 1 got processed and posted but the other was stuck on processing,I had to select problem with points option so I could message them as when selected problem with order it wouldnt let me contact them too
