There's a reason he doesn't get much praise...

That goal though was enough to make him a cult hero :lol:

He's also always made himself available for he charity matches, and so he comes across as an absolute gentleman.

I met big Bert and Arthur numan at Cheltenham races years ago and he is an ultimate gentleman, spoke so highly of Rangers and was a fan back in those days.

Mate .I wish he had never played for us he was that bad . I still remember the 6-2 hammering and he was to blame for me that day .

Thankfully if he did anything positive ,it was the screamer against beggars, that maybe helped stop them winning back to back trebles

That must surely have been a challenge though

Quite simple .He was mince

6-2 game, I think it was their 4th, his "tackle" against larsson was absolutely feeble. He should've been substituted right away and never played again. Can't imagine what someone like Tam Forsyth thought when he saw that. Shocking!

One of many mate ...He was powderpuff in the tackle and in the air defensively .Having said that he always seemed like a likeable big guy .Sadly that shouldn't make you a Rangers great
