If it is, I apologise) I'm running the Great Scottish Run on Sunday morning in Glasgow for the Rangers Charity Foundation. There's only a couple of days left but i'm trying to raise as much money as possible for them. The charities they give to include UNICEF and the Armed Forces Partnership, so worthwhile causes i'm sure you'll agree. If anyone can spare a couple of quid then my link is below.
