Guest The Brown Brogue

We know that Red Star will be technically superior and be a tricky tie.

The other team I have never even heard of.

This is a tie we would have picked before the draw was made, so we must be happy.

This is not bthe res star that won the CL nor nothing like it, any good serb nowadays plys his trade abroad, these are the same level as ZETA, and yes we should be able to beat them both.

yes it might happen. he is our captain but when he got the tape I wasn't very happy. we can play without him but I beleive that he would stay for sure until the end of CL qualifying. segund castilo is also about to move after qualifying

Vlad, we have Charlie Adam. Your team should be very scared of him.

He is the Scottish Pele ;)

That was my understanding too sb. Would prefer the Tallinn mob though, much less hostile I would reckon.

This is not thrue.Crvena Zvezda(Red Star) is technically superior to Zeta. They will probably, unlike Zeta, take every chance they get becouse they have better attackers by mile. They have much stronger defence then Zeta(not to mention goalkeeper),only midlefield is balanced between these two teams. It will be very, very hard for Rangers to eliminate them, especially if they play like they played against Zeta.If that is the case,i put my money on Zvezdas victory at Ibrox by more than one goal difference.I consider them big favourites in this clash and believe me I know what am I talking about.I will go even further and say that Zeta have better chances in clash against Zvezda as they play the same style(althought,Zvezda have much better players).Rangers, with playing style that they showed against Zeta, have allmost zero chances against Red Star Belgrade.Mark my words on that one!

Comparing them to Partizan(last seasons team) would be underestimation, becouse they won Serbian leage by more 20 points ahead of Partizan(they allmost finished 3rd,behind Vojvodina)beating them in 4 out of the 5 matches in season.

A fair view. If we perform like we did against Zeta in the first leg well struggle, but that was our first competitive game this season so we should improve vastly on it, in terms of performance, sharpness and communication.

hi neighbor

rangers will raise up their form until 3rd round (first they have to pass 2nd leg with Zeta as we have to eliminate Levadia). our play in fist match against estonian team isn't representative but I espect to be better and better through matches.

Yeah come on chaps we shouldnt think anybody is a pushover after that 1st leg performance especially against teams from the broken up Yugoslavia...

Afterall we are our worst enemy due to the sheeite we have to put up with after Murrays cutbacks and mis-management......this is the new RFC not the one that was once fiered

But at the end of the day we can safely say the scum ur gon oot
