The two best teams on Earth and it was like a couple of pub teams. Total yawnfest. And tbh, the point was made that Henry's absence isn't necessarily a great thing. bluenose_72 198 Posted September 10, 2007 Share Posted September 10, 2007 i bet you are all glad now the game wasnt on tv? henry being out may not be a good thing. he isnt playing great and he has a lot of problems going on in his personal life. but at the end of the day it is thierry henry and he can produce a moment of magic out of nothing. but our chances are increasing game by game now. for the first time in ages we are beating the teams we should be beating and that has put us in a great position! as long as italy and ukraine draw midweek ill be happy because that will all but eliminate ukraine from the race to qualify and also put a dent in italys hopes. and just imagine if we do the unthinkable and get something from the france game.......
