D'Artagnan 13,319
Did Strathclyde Police interview Dida and ask him if he wished to make a complaint of assault regarding the muppet who "happy slapped" him ? I noticed said muppet was charged with a Breach of The Peace ( once he gave himself in after evading capture) and not assault. The latter of course looking much more favourable on the UEFA rap sheet. Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
I suppose they would have had to interview him after the incident, but if he asked for the plonker to be charged with assault it would have probably been laughed at and thrown out of court due to Dida's reactions at the incident. You might want to direct your question to Strathclyde Police I'm not sure if any of us will actually know to be honest.
ricksen_da_best 2,034
fined for breach of the peace anyways..dida would be asked if he wanted to press charges, and if he said yeahs..he would be done with wasting police time in the end
