I think Beasley may know something about him and he was POTY Rookie last year in America??? looks half decent tbh. To be quite honest, you wouldn't even need a scout for this guy. He will be a great signing for Rangers. We are getting into some good signing territory now and finally opening our eyes as to what might be out there in the world at large.
