JRodgA2k8 542 Posted August 23, 2008 Share Posted August 23, 2008 After todays shocking end to the game we're all feeling a bit aggrieved but lets try and think of next week and forget all the conspiracy and well blatant incompetance of some officials! So who would you like to see play vs Celtic next Sunday! JRodgA2k8's Team _________________McGregor___________________ Whittikar____Bougerra_______Weir_________Papac __________Davis_____Thomson____Mendes_______ Novo__________________________________Beasley _________________Velicka/Lafferty______________ Ok so I am thinking it will be a 4-5-1 from Smith next week but I dont think it could be negative this time. By having both Novo and Beasley available and on the wings we should see a lot of pace and a lot of attacking in the team. The three midfielders are certain to win the battle in the middle of the park with mendes and Davis essentially pulling the strings allowing Thomson to mop up loose balls and help the defence. Upfront either one of Velicka and Lafferty. Velicka is a man for the big games in the SPL as he has scored many vs THEM before and could be at it again. Though how about the target man in Lafferty next week? He can hold up the ball and allow the two wingers to run through and support, could be the way to go. So whats your thoughts?
