Closest might be Wolverhampton Wanderers who have won every English division they competed in from English League North, Div 4, Div3, Div 2 and Div1 quite a feat in itself. And they have won the FA Cup and League Cup aswell, that is quite remarkable, are they the only English team to have won all 4 divisions?
