    I might be wrong, my memory is not as good as it was but wasn't he pushed out the door by Murray ? Murray wanted European glory, Walter didn't suit, so I wouldn't say he left, more asked to leave.

    You're right, almost every club has debt, we were managing our debt, Walter is correct, other factors did for us, mainly the banks going bust and wanting their money back pronto. Isn't that the problem for us at present that we can't actually borrow money ?

    King should not be our chairman, I don't see how he can be effective when he's half way round the World, our situation requires leadership here at home, someone with their finger on the pulse, someone who can see how the team performs week in week out.

    Sensibly, that's what we're trying at the moment and it's not working, like many others I don't think we should be spending loads of cash, we need proven quality and that costs, costs more than King is willing to spend at the moment anyway.
