  1. I would love to support this campaign - can you buy the rosettes online yet?Perhaps a PayPal link or Ebay shop could be set up?
  2. Unless Ally walks he will be here until May - hopefully and very possibly, holding the trophy aloft. However, and I say this the most utmost respect to the service Ally has given to the club - aside from the 2nd half against Celtic we have been complete and utter garbage this season. Out of both European tournaments in a blink, beaten against Falkirk in the cup and effectively blown a 12 point lead. Plus in the Summer transfer window Ally seemed caught like a rabbit in headlights when it came to signings. When was the last time we gubbed a team? When was the last team you sat down to a game and felt confident? If you are being 100% rational, there are grounds for him leaving. There are also reasons to justify the poor results - newness to the role, financial restraints plus injuries and I am willing to accept that. It's not easy stepping up to manage the biggest club in Scotland - especially when tax and media vultures are circling the club. I think the January window will be hugely significant - hopefully he can get rid of the deadwood and things will fall into place for him and the team. I hope he can make the necessary changes to bring back leadership, creativity and guts to the team. Pin the St Johnstone keeper's comments about the game at Ibrox 'being his easiest this season' to the dressing room, put the Captain's role up for grabs and use the presuure to drive grater things. I love Ally - he is a top guy and a hero of a player and I look forward to watching him develop and improve the team.
  3. Rangers FC and the fans deserves an apology from Lindsay after such an inflammatory comment. There is just so much wrong with the statement - Rangers have never displayed Nazi Salutes and why are Motherwell's actions being sweeped under the carpet? I tell you one thing, people say the Old Firm get the majority of refereeing decisions but by God the smaller clubs don't have half get away with poor fan behaviour. Bigotry is not an evil exclusive to Rangers and Celtic.
  4. I've heard that it's something to do with the growth in his legs - something like one is longer than the other but all going well he should be ready for the next season. Seemed full of promise - a left footed player who could pause then look up when he has the ball.
  5. I'm really disappointed that we haven't been able to see McKay play properly, I had (and still have) really high hopes for him. A game like today in theory would have been perfect for him - fast and physical.
  6. Ah right, thanks for that.Still think it's a bit rotten that Rangers don't tell you about the restricted viewing and you pay the same price but still looking forward to the game
  7. Will depend on how many packages are shifted I think, last year single tickets could eventually be bought but with Man Utd in the group and that being the last home game I think the uptake will have been a lot higher.Saying that though, when I was buying my package there was lots of areas with good availability left.I was gonna chance it and just hope that I could pick up a single ticket as I only really wanted to see the Valencia game and I can't technically afford the whole package. However, my loyalty was too strong and to cover the cost I cancelled the new pair of glasses I needed from the opticians.I'm going blind following this club! I also think last nights result will encourage people into buying the package and will leave less tickets for single sale.
  8. True, although hopefully since it's a European night a better atmosphere will be created!
  9. Bought my Champions League tickets through public sale and they arrived this morning.I chose Govan Front as my section and I'm surprised that my Man Utd and Bursapor tickets are labelled with "restricted view". Man Utd ticket is GF4, Row A and Bursapor is GF4, Row B. I have never sat in the Govan Front for a game so I had no idea that restricted view was even an issue there.Slightly annoyed that Rangers don't tell you at the time of booking/seat selection about restricted view as if I'd known I would have sat elsewhere. It's not like the package is cheaper if you end up with restricted view Anyway, could anyone here shed light on how bad the restricted view actually is?Thanks
  10. I totally agree with your course of action but I think the main culprit here is Stenaline.
  11. Good to see that Mr Dodds is giving voice to the issue What a slap in the face to the loyal fans and users of the ferry Really hope additional crossings are put in place or the supporters groups are given the priority the deserve.
  12. Yeah, an honest appraisal of the game from the majority of the Caf posters, can't complain.Quite decent actually that they are willing to defend the anti-football tag so much.Nice to see as well that most of the users pretty much ignored the stupid Taig's "advice" and took it with a pinch of salt.Would have loved to have seen his face and the other ones on the forum though that said "they were looking forward to a thrashing" 3-0 at full time, McGeady, check again
