There are a few leaders in that Killie team. Dicker isn't anywhere near good enough to play for Rangers but he's a sleeves rolled up captain who brings out the best in those around him and demands there are no soft ball losses. Alan Power is a fantastically able deputy in that regard. Those two in the middle of the park represent a spine. It's not pretty but it's bloody effective and we can't handle it. Brophy is a leader too....they've got three better leaders than we have as far as i can see.
