Should rangers scout the great players from south america, get a few good years out of them then sell them for a big fee rather than scout decent scots.

Yes in theory, but I think the UK work permit rule means they have to be Internationalists or youths in order to get a work permit.

that's the reason so teams like porto can buy all the young brazilians because they dont have any laws against it.

would love to get a 15 or 16 year old brazilian though then watch him become the next ronaldo :craphead:

Not only the Eastern teams, in Belgium too there's a lot of teams that have discovered the South-American market.

The thing is: These players are mostly very technical, but not adapted for Scottish football.

which is why we should get them at 14-15 when we have 4-5 years to mould them before they're ready for 1st team.
