Regardless of how much you rate him, Gerrard was always going to go back to England at some point, it was just a matter of time. My main concern is I really hope he doesn't just leave right in the middle of a title race, leaving us in a lurch as it were.

I really don't think he will leave us right in the middle of a season but also I don't see him being here next season either. If its not Newcastle this time it will be another Prem team next season. But yes if it does come out that Newcastle are going to go full bore after him, then we need to get as much out of them as possible.

My main man

This is an enourmous game in all senses of the word. Losing our first two games, really need to start picking up some wins to have any chance of advancing to the next round. Don't know a ton about Brondby but gotta think we have the better talent, just gotta show up on the day. As in the OP I can see Roofe being put into the lineup but other than that the same as v Hearts for me. Hopefully we get it done.

As someone who has only ever played Career Mode, what are some good tips for playing Ultimate team as a newbie in that mode? And being successful in online play?

With how well Brentford does with their transfer policies and if they would pay that much for him, then obviously imo he is better than I think some fans give him credit for.

Its easy to say such and such needs to move on but also need to ponder who might actually want them? Arfield for example; just don't think he has anything else to contribute here. Maybe the MLS?

Am I the only one who thinks he just looks disinterested the majority of the time? Top notch striker for sure but needs to up his enthusiasm a bit for me.

We need to be more ruthless period. Get on top of teams and stay on them. I just think at times so far this season we have been way too lazy in what we are trying to do. Especially frustrating when we talent wise are tons better than the opposition but yet fail to show that. I have faith we will be fine in the short and long term no doubt but still just irritating all the same.

Must say as a Bengals fan I was very nervous throughout the first half but we turned it on in the second half. This offense can be special for a long time to come. Also, just as a side note it has to be really painful to be a Lions fan. Haven't been relevant since Barry Sanders.

Just a saying I use sometimes pal didn't really mean hate so much; really I just meant I am sure some love him more than others and value him more than others. For myself I think he has been great here and hopefully will be here for a long time still.

I would give that honor to Weiss and to a lesser extent even though I hate to do it because he is a fellow American, Edu. Alfredo is what he is. You either hate him or love him.
