A certainly woudnt call it playing them offside if they are stupid enough to get sucked out because you do this individually and u play the offside rule collectively. Regardless of the problem, the goal showed there is still a clear lack of communication at the back!

What a disgrace our back four was tonight. The last few games have only served to paper over the huge cracks in the Rangers backline. Not one of the back four is good in the air and we hardly won a ball in the air throughout the 90 minutes. Secondly, why do we constantly allow teams to come at us. We allow runners from midfield to keep coming forward, inviting them towards our goal unopposed. This continual backing off cost us our goal in the last minute and 2bh we were lucky we werent absolutely hammered tonight! So lets start here: Hutton - The perenial whipping boy who has strangely enough strung together 2 or 3 not bad games lately and his goal against Partizan also helped lift the crowd from his back, but is quite simply an AWFUL player! From minute 1 to minute 92 tonight he ws ripped apart! HOPELESS! Svensson - Also had a mini revival of late has given a torrid time tonight aswell. Never looks comfortable on the ball, infact he doesnt even look like a footballer when on the ball. Distribution is also very poor! However, he is the best of a disastrous bunch on this occasion! Hemdani - A nice tidy footballer in a defensive midifeld role who can pass the ball all day and start build up's for attacks. That PLG is his position! He is not a CB!Never wins a ball in the air, is slow cant tackle as a defender should and quite simply cant play the position! Papac - Came into the team early on this season and looked good but is now quite simply a bomb scare. Not a natural LB yes, but he doesnt convince me as a CB either so he isnt much of a multi tasker then is he! A disgrace to the badge!

This really annnoys me. People who come on forums and bleat about players not being good enough because they've never seen them play. Ppl automatically assume because they've never heard of a player he must be rubbish but maybe its just down to their lack of knowledge of European football? Newsflash - we cant sign the star names anymore! Those days have well and truly gone! Dica is a class act. The reason some may not know about him is because he plays in Romania but if you were 2 watch him in their European games he is a standout!

This guy is a player I've been aware for a year or so now. From what I have seen last year in the Uefa Cup and this year in the Champions League he would be an excellent signing for Rangers. He is Steaua's talisman and is a free scoring midfielder who would make an excellent piece of business for the gers at ?2.5 million!

A thot Sebo done really well when he came on today (minus a few stray passes) as he was practically asked 2 play up front on his own as Novo had dropped off a bit. A thot his pace caused Diamond and Anderson all sorts of problems and that he done well at linking the play when required aswell!

Its ridiculous when you get journo's on a football talk show! They have a degree in journalism not football and thts why there views are usually not worth considering! Douglas Alexander is a prime example! Clearly watched the game from a Celtic perspective rather than as a neutral as a journo should and this quite clearly came across in his biast opinons on the game!

You cant argue with Billy Davies track record. Every year at Preston he would have his budget cut and time and time he came back with a better squad of players who always challenged at the top end of the Championship. He fell out with the board and went to a Derby team who just avided relegation. This Derby team is now 2nd in the Chamiponship. Speaks volumes about him as a coach and he has all the credentials to manage a top club and this will happen sooner rather than later as he is a first class coach! Whether or not it is Rangers reamins to be seen?

Badger is right, Klos was one of the best players in the SPL and one of the elite goalies in Europe. He signed a contract with Rangers, at his peak, when he could have went to a host of bigger clubs across Europe. He showed loyalty to Rangers when they needed him, when he needed loyalty from Rangers, they didnt give him it. He got injured and since then has never been given a fair crack of the whip, has been stripped of the club captaincy yet people are making him out to be a mercenary! He is one of the all time greats and the player I regard as the best signing Advocaat ever made for all the millions he spent! A true legend and Rangers thru and thru, did u see him bouncing off his seat the other day every two minutes when Rangers were driving forward, always urging the team on! I for one hope he gets a chance to say goodbye to a support who have cherished his years at the club and also that we get the chance to say goobye to a truly outstanding goalkeeper! Follow Follow!
