same problem with me too gary, my router was fooked sent out a new one and now my speed is shite, can't stream anything and youtube takes agggggggggggggges. everyday on the phone to mumbai , same old shite, ok we've done this now monitor for a few days and get back to us. been coming up on 3weeks
