For me - being brutally honest - I think Walter never intended to work the way he worked last season - the way things panned out it seemed to me like he was almost scared of changing the fomula that was grinding out results. Thats fair enough - I'm just concerned that theres a lack of imagination - so far our signings havent exatly been awe inspiring - not that they have been for a few years now. I was kinda hoping that getting to the Uefa cup final would attract some quality - but lets face it the SPL isnt exactly glamourous. I just hope theres more new players coming in - there were a few times last season when the team were just too jaded.

I think you might be on to something there - he is quite a good player, he needs to bulk up a bit though.

If he puts the ball in the back of the net, who cares where he's been. If he works as hard as he does for Scotland (and them) then I think he might be alright. Time will tell, at least give him a chance

Seen a guy wearing a blue & black top (black where the white is in those pics) looked ok actually it had more black round the top of the strip - dunno if it was a training top or what never seen it before.

everton kit - back

well its gonna be umbro anyway - the design is gonna be very similar to everton's with the pattern in darker blue on the back - no idea where the st. andrews flag fits in though - possibly on the lower back. Its easy to see whats the colla - shoulders and arm-strip parts are gonna be pretty much based on this....

I reckon the loss of Hutton has definitely been a contributing factor - we have leaky right side in the defence, think we may have faired a bit better in the two old firm matches we lost if Hutton was up against McGreedy. All speculation though of course, although I dont see him coming back.

If we drew with them I'd be overjoyed! I thought the same as Scotland took on France over there, the win made it all the sweeter.
