I was speaking to my mate the other day and he was saying that he thinks Cristiano Ronaldo in the 2007/2008 was probably the best collection of performances he's ever seen over the course of a full season, what with the 42 goals and all that. Would everyone agree with that? I personally would go for Brazilian Ronaldo in the 1996/1997 season when he was at Barcelona, although i'm not sure they were in the CL that year and so that would maybe count against him. What do you's think?
