  1. Nope. Someone (or some people) at Police Scotland have made the decision. I think the BL have been told the new banner will be fine for Ibrox, but that no large banners will be allowed into Easter Road.
  2. Heads up! Discovered by the Bridgeton Loyal who've been in talks with David Martin all week about their brand new 24ft x 24ft banner. Both Rangers & Hibs security had gave the banner the ok as it's professionally made and has all the required safety certification. The Bridgeton Loyal lads just found out tonight from Rangers that Police Scotland have said NO large banners will be allowed into Easter Road on Sunday. Looks like certain people at Police Scotland are really trying to put a dampner on this Cup final.
  3. Yep. Not a fantastic game, but very comfortable and a job well done.
  4. It would be nice to see us having this game done and dusted by half time.
  5. Jacko is pushing it with nonsense like this. The real issue is that we should have been able to get a £1m unsecured loan with better rates/fees.
  6. If I'm not mistaken, that sort of attitude is commonly known as 'cutting off your nose to spite your face'.
  7. The writer Martin Hannan couldn't even get the % size of the Laxey shareholding correct. Piss poor journalism as per usual.
  8. I know that, but that wasn't my point and I'm sure you know it. My point is that questions as to where specifically the money actually went have repeatedly been avoided over the months. We've been over this before and I've posted interviews and quotes. Mather avoided the questions and deferred them to Stockbridge and then when Stockbridge was asked (including at the AGM) he didn't provide any sort of acceptable breakdown whatsoever. Why? Because they were trying to hide the truth about where that money went. We're not talking about peanuts either, we're talking about possibly as much as £4m of the supposed £6m IPO money which was attributed to mystery 'one-off costs'.
  9. Way too convenient, but the people running our Club seem to think we all zip up the back of the head.
  10. More like you tend to deal in ignoring facts in favour of your own perception of your judge of character.
  11. Deloitte looking at the numbers in the books and making sure they added up isn't the same as £4m in payments actually being specified and disclosed to the shareholders instead of lumped into a mystery pot of £6m IPO 'costs'.
  12. That's because I'm normally a good judge of character. Green had ample opportunity to change the minds of his doubters, but all he did was reinforce our doubts and concerns before before buggering off to France with his loot.
  13. Not even counting what all his pals have pocketed (millions in cash and virtually free shares), Green himself walked away with a fortune in cash and over 4 million shares (5 million shares minus what he owed to Laxey in shares). He could probably have walked away with even more and some folk would still be praising him because they liked his big mouth and crass patter, but ignored the moonbeams and lies.
  14. What I said was more along the lines that I didn't trust him from the first presser because he immediately came accross as a complete bullshit artist. That wasn't said in retrospect either and you know yourself that I never trusted him from very early doors. Over on GN myself forlan and gunny were constantly telling you that he'd be buggering off asap with megabucks in his sky rocket and didn't give a fuck about our club and yet here you are to this day still trying to defend Green. You're either just stubborn or not quite right.
  15. Green was that busy sorting out share deals for himself and his pals at the same time as going round in circles with his moonbeams and lies, that he completely forgot about sorting out the business and putting us back on the road to recovery instead of the road to ruin. In fact, scratch that. He was never even remotely interested in putting the Club back on the road to recovery. He was only ever interested in getting stinking rich from grandstanding, running his mouth off and talking shite. No wonder Peter Adam Smith won an award for the infamous STV interview he did with Green because he well and truly had his cards marked and Green knew it. His replies and the expressions on his face spoke volumes.
  16. You should though! Stranraer should be on 24/7 lock-down!
  17. Approximately £6 million was taken off the IPO money for 'costs', but only a couple of million from that 6 million have actually been attributed directly to the IPO costs. The rest of the £6 million has never been properly accounted for. All we've been told is that it went to pay one-off costs related to the high cost of bringing in the initial investment and starting the company (not exact words, but similarly vague shite to deflect from saying exactly where it went).
  18. 100p divided by 26.5p = 3.7735849056603773584905660377358 Multiply that by 1,150,000 = 4339622.6415094339622641509433962 If you bought 4,339,622 RIFC shares in the market for 26.5p each it would currently be equivalent to 6.66% of the company.
  19. It stated - "The premium on the Laxey Facility is payable in cash or, at Laxey's discretion, in ordinary shares" Laxey will almost certainly want to take repayment in whatever form is most beneficial to themselves. When you read the section about how the share price will be calculated, it means that the share price cannot be any higher than 26.5p, but that if shares are issued to raise funds at a price lower than 26.5p, then the lower price would be used. Using the 26.5p price, then by my calculation if they are allowed (by shareholders at the AGM) to take repayment in shares, the lowest number of shares they could possibly get would be 4,339,622 shares. That is currently the equivalent to 6.66% of the company, but would obviously be a fraction lower due to dilution.
