Precedents can't be set on these tribunals Also it wouldn't be hmrc who would sanction an appeal, hmrc would have to successfully prove they have the right of appeal To a law lord (as far as im aware) on a point of law, not because their was a split decision & certainly not because they don't like the verdict.

In reading that can I assume that players can have multiple contracts with the club as long as they are declared To the authorities. It's basically the declaration of one or all contracts rather than not being allowed to have more than one contract with the club? Is this correct? If so on the basis that the FTTT found the ebt payments to be non conractual and discretionary loans then it blows the spl case out of the water.
