We still need to bring in an experienced top class keeper as no.1 but Robbie looks the part. It remains to be seen if he's good enough to be our long term no.1 and it's too important next season to take that risk but cup games next year he needs to be in goal then take it from there.

Quite a few positive performances for going into the summer rebuild. Souttar and Ridvan very good without being brilliant. McCrorie looks the part and just plays with no fuss and very good positioning and at coming off his line. Cantwell and Raskin looked class today. Get the right players around those 2 and we'll be fine.

Need to get our midfield going again. Dropped off since a really positive start.

That mentality is something that needs to built over a season starting in pre season with a group of players who want to be there. What we're seeing now is a culmination of us being lazy as a club by not being ruthless with this failing squad and also due to terrible recruitment. I don't think any manager would get more out of our lot. They've got a better squad than us and players that are hungry with potential to develop. We've largely got a bunch of players who've been losers majority of their time here and the winners we have are now past it. Its the squad that is the main issues. We need to see how Beale is in the market. If he signs a bunch of EFL jobbers then hell mend him as he'll be unemployed come Christmas.

I just can't blame the manager when we gift a goal away and then miss a sitter. He needs a summer and a chance to refresh this squad.

If Beale doesn't empty this squad then he's already done next season. The lack of real quality is frightening. We look good on paper at times but anyone actually watching us can see we lack everywhere across the pitch. Man for man they have a far better team and it shows.
