Why is Colak playing the Morelos role and going out wide and dropping deep? Get Sakala and Kent out wide and fire the ball into Colak if he's playing.

We really create fuck all. Can't wait to see the majority of this team move on in the summer and get a fresh ideas into the way we play. Midfield and front 3 just don't create anywhere near enough.

We just can't defend crosses from wide areas along our box. Its been an issue for years with Goldson being a big part of the issue.

This is terrible.

You can't underestimate who much a good CM can change how your defenders and attackers play. You play Kamara and Lundstram then Goldson and Davies go long all the time as they are scared to pass into the midfielders. Kent and Morelos also drop deep to get the ball as the play is too slow and it leaves no threat in behind barring a long ball to Sakala. You play Raskin and Cantwell then Goldson and Davies start playing into midfield more which opens the game and let's your full backs move up the pitch. Raskin and Cantwell can then turn and play quick forward passes into space for Borna, Tav, Kent and Sakala. Immediately the game can open up as the opposition recognise there is now a threat from the middle so maybe they won't press as much as a simple pass can take them out the game. With Kamara and Lundstram their 3 CMs had freedom to press without any fear they'd be caught out and they just passed through our midfield. The negative style, lack of mobility and lack of quick forward passing of Kamara and Lundstram hampered the team from kick off. Tillman doesn't escape criticism either yesterday but he's a luxury I think with the correct 2 next to him you'd happily carry.

As soon as the team was announced we knew we'd be punting it long and giving up the midfield and possession. It played out exactly as we all guessed. We've seen it before with these players and any positivity around being more attacking and trying something different with Raskin and Cantwell was immediately taken away from us. Beale was hoping to hang in there and maybe nick a goal. His team selection was out of fear. His lack of half time changes was stubborness. Those 20 mins or so either side half time was like watching a car crash in slow motion and he couldn't see it.

Going forward he needs to stop running his mouth until he's achieved something himself with us. I don't mind a bit of confidence but do your talking on the pitch! There has been more soundbites from him than there has been good performances. Also play your best players in the biggest games. That would be a good idea.

That was the biggest insult if all. Nobody I know or speak to could believe itthey came back out to start the 2nd half. Even worse their 2nd goal came from the same shit play our first half team allowed the first 45 mins.

This 100% and I really hope he gets made to explain this one and whatever answer he gives is shot down. We expect our best players to play against anyone in Scotland. Anything less is cowardly.

I really like Beale and genuinely believe he'll come good but him chasing and signing 2 midfielders the whole of the winter window but then starting with that shit today has worried me. Anyone saying otherwise is lying. He cost us today be that with his signings or his first 11 and his fear of making half time changes. He's got the Scottish cup and next year's league cup/first 3 months or so to make up for it or he's gone. Less talk and more trophies please.

Again mate he didn't start his signings. We wasted a whole month getting them in and he didn't start any of them. That is on the manager. If they are shit it's on the manager. If they should've started but didn't it's on the manager. Quite simple

He brought in new players which you'd imagine could change that and didn't start them. You're arguing my point.

Correct but the mentality comes from our manager. Not a player in our squad today looked around and had belief in the team or the gaffer. Shat at as a team and got what we deserved.
