Overall it seems like the players got a good workout which is what pre-season is all about. The upcoming games against Bristol, Gutersloh and Emmen will be a much tougher test for the players and it'll be interesting to see how we do. Sounds like McAusland performed well but I wont be surprised if he is sent out on loan again this season as we have plenty of cover in the central midfield area and also at centre back (providing Mohsni and Pandza come in). Hopefully we can extend Mohsni's trial and play him in the next few friendlies as I wouldn't like us to sign him based on good performances against the likes of Brora and Elgin. If he plays well against tougher opposition then I'd be happy with him putting pen to paper. As for formations I'd be happy if McCoist stuck with either 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2. As long as we are playing with 2 strikers I'm happy.

Morton away would be ideal, an easy local trip and haven't played them for a while.

Not yet. RyanGers from here posted a week or so ago that they are dealing with season ticket renewals and transfers just now and they'll be sent out when that's sorted, so should probably get them within the next week.
