  1. Decent keeper, very inconsistent makes blunders but also capable of brilliance. Not good enough for bara tho IMO
  2. any footage? don't like the prospect of a 6ft3 player on the wing again....
  3. strange thread indeed. But he kept his season ticket last year despite losing the title and selling carlos?!
  4. been a problem in the past but hopefully they will get their chance under smith which they deserve. p.s. see you can post sensibly, keep it up aye hopefully fleck and aaron get decent runs in the team. I also think wilson will make the breakthrough next term. *buries hatchet*
  5. What a load of pish! We are better than celtic, and with a few new signings, and youngsters getting a chance, we will only get better!
  6. hope he stays, can't be replace with under 3m IMO
  7. Despite everything, that has happened in the intervening two decades, and lets get it straight here, the wee man was a tremendous player for us, of that there is no doubt, but the quote above should be recognised ....there are still lots of us who feel that way. Rangers & catholics dont go. Noooooooooooooooooooo This thread is going to turn into a religious battleground Theres no need . I'm simply stating a point of view. As an atheist i have no truck with religion, but a bit of tradition never hurt anyone. But we had signed catholics before Johnstone? A wee bit of tradition never hurt anyone??? You fucking insane?? How many leagues would we have won with 11 Prods??? Different era. It would be IMPOSSIBLE now, surly you can appreciate that?! Some folk just dont care about the team, I've said it before and I'll say it again. Oh hold on, your the guy that would be willing to sacrifice points and CL football just to be able to sing what we want. No point discussing anything here. I had to laugh you saying holding us back, so how did we manage to have so much success, please explain i am all ears. Our percentage of title wins since 1989 is higher than at any point in our illustrious history. Do you think we could have achieved what we have in the last 20 years without any catholic players? Look how many titles we have won in our history, and how many we won in the last 20 years, so how did we manage to win the rest and reach other European finals.

As an atheist i have no truck with religion, but a bit of tradition never hurt anyone. That aint tradition, that is bigotry. Rangers football club is a better club for breaking away from this "tradition" and you know it. Unlike the tims, RFC was not build on religious views and this "tradition" was holding us back, since it was broken we have been to a European final and won multiple titles, with plenty of Catholic players helping us along the way Rangers are bigger than that "tradition" But before it we got to 3 European finals and won multiple titles. Put it this way. Do you think we would have achieved what we have in the last 20 years without any Catholic players? Impossible to say but probably not. I personally don't care what religion any of our players are as long as they show 100% commitment to the team and are good enough. Same, as long as Rangers are winning I don't give a shit

He seems to follow Rangers on beliefs, not for football reasons.

  14. Danny is what is as known as 'one of the game's great thinkers'. Certainly gives me a different perspective on things to talk about (football wise) down the pub with the lads! Same. I think I disagree with almost everything he says. But he does make some interesting points TBF
  15. Essien isn't even the best in Britain never mind the world IMO...
  16. Why must the championship winning manager, and a man who took a very mediocre team to a European final go? That statement is why forums get a bad rep. P.S You post is terrible, as Walter is renowned for his man-management skills.
  17. Should we just say he is shit like people do about most other players not called Boughera? No, but he is not even a contender to be best in the SPL, sadly.
  18. thomson is hoora over rated on RM
