Mini failed to follow the proper legal process when registering the requisitioners. That is obvious as the court case took all day. Regardless that the judge ruled in mini's favour, the board did the right thing in asking the question. Why shouldnt they? Or should anybody be allowed to stroll up and say,"I want to be up for election at your agm". The legal proces is there for a reason. For the record, i'm glad Mini will be allowed to stand. When he is voted against, there will be no way back for him, even if Dave King wants him.
