    Hodson is 1cm shorter than Tavernier, but Hodson looks like a midget when he plays. It is the strangest thing.

    Hodson was rank today. Tav was a much better option when he came on. Wallace I find to be a 6/10 most games these days. We could do with two new full backs, but that will be a big ask IMO.

    Pedro expects more from Josh it would seem. I wouldn't be surprised if he is sold come end of August.

    I think Pedro could have managed him a bit better. It was a Warburton favourite, but get the wingers to swap sides for a while to see how that changes things.

    I was shouting at the TV for Morelos to come on for Miller for ages. Then Miller trudges off for Wilson and I near had a hissy fit . Glad wee Fredo got on for about 10 mins - I thought he looked decent.

    I guess we could have pushed Miller out wide and put Morelos up front. Or we could have switched Candeias and Windass. Dalcio could have come on, but I'm thinking he's probably only going to be used when we are coasting a game.

    We should have switched Candeias and Windass when he wasn't getting any joy as Josh was a live wire in the 1st half. The Klingon they had at LB would not have been able to cope with his pace.

    Much better preview. Whoever did it got our form wrong though. 3-0 in the 2nd leg was a loss not a win. They even have the report stating it was a loss. Other than that small oversight, this has set the standard for our previews this season.

    Happens in rugby union too. They get the majority of decisions right tho.

    That's not a shambles, that shows the system works since the correct decision was made (eventually). My only criticism with the system is that they should stop the clock while he checks the video.

    McKay will now disappear for 20 games then score another cracking goal in late November then disappear for the next 20 games. Game changer when his head is in the right place. Unfortunately he is usually a passenger.

    IIRC anytime his has been a pundit recently concerning us he hasn't ever said "we" he has always said "they". OK, maybe he has to appear neutral, but as a Gers legend he shouldn't be impartial IMO.
