I've got to the stage where I don't know anymore, he does deserve time and I want him to do well, but we just don't seem to be going anywhere, and I fear the longer we hang onto him there is a chance it will just get worse. He will get next season, as he did accomplish the task of building a squad capable of and winning the 3rd division title, but if performances don't get better once he had the chance to bring in some players I don't know if he will get much longer.

Clearly our head scout wasn't doing his job very well. Spl players are overpriced and will expect big wages, Black and Shiels have been awfu this season and been stealing a wage. I hate to bring them up but Celtic have made a good few foreign signings over the last few years who are now worth a lot more than what they got them for, just saying.

The players are as much to blame, 90% of them don't play for the jersey and simply can't hack the pressure of being a rangers player
