Come on guys we won!! Yes it wasnt great but the pitch had alot to do with that. But the sonner we realise that there is not as big a gulf in class in the spl between us and celtic and the rest of the spl as there used to be the better. Were now an average team attaracting average players and other teams are catching us up. we no long have the resourses to sign big players! And we all need to realise this. Gone are the days of us going to st johnstone and beating them by 5 or 6! There are some tidy footballing teams in this league and we have to accept this. We are never goint to compete with other leagues abroad unless something serious is sorted out at lower levels and without some serious investment in our league. But this is by no means a time to start getting at the managment. The whole world is in the shit!! Mccoist has what he has. end of!! Now as for kerkar i dont see why some of you have such a problem with the lad. Ive never seen him do anything wrong in a game that he has had a chance. he played a few good balls in the arbroath game and scored. Now before you all start by saying ah its only arbroath but he did a hell of alot more in that game in his short time that jelavic did. Now with more game time i genuinly think he has potential. He has a great left foot. Cant do much worse than wallace in that position. Who is far better at left back. So instead of getting on the players back lets get behind them ans support our team. Gone are the days of laudrup and gascoinge. But every team goes through a transition. this is ours!! Get behind all the lads they need us

This lad me be a good player but form what i know of him he is a penalty box striker. Not a bad thing at all but if were going to replace jelavic with this guy i cant see it workink imo. We need someone that can get in behind and turn defences with a bit of pace. Not just a fox in the box. If we can get him and keep jelavic or bring someone else in with Salihi then im all for it. But we cant just bring this lad in by himself. He doesnt like being played as a lone striker so he's fucked with ally in charge!!

They guy is probably the slowest in the spl!! Not for me, not getting a game at hearts recently and his best days are behind him. Plus its strikers we need not another slow midfielderspast there sell by date

I would be much happier spending 2 million on this guy rather than brining in sandazza atm. Lets face it the spanish 2nd division is probably on a par with out league. The only issue i can see with this guys is can he cope with the physical side to our game. Im not sure! The spanish type of play in there league is a far cry from the spl. I dont think he would hit the ground running in my opinion but hey i could be wrong!!

Im getting some De Ja Vau, according to The Sun Kayal needs an operation and is out for the rest of the season. Is this not what happened last year when celtic crumbled? All be it the have more strength in midfield this year but its still a massive loss. The only good thing mcculloch did in the old firm game. I seem to remember all this negativity when we bought Novo!! And look how he turned out. Always did a turn for us. Now im not saying this guy is going to be the next David Villa but lets give the boy a chance. Maybe in a better team with good players around him he will thrive. Ive not seen alot of him but he is scoring goals in a ok team. He is scoring more goals than jelavic at the moment with worse players around him. Whats to say he wont go on to be a 20 goals a season man for us?? Every one deserves a chance and on 5k a week ill bet he is a better invertment the James Beattie!!

Jelavic could do with taking a look at this lad. A true pro at such a young age. Hasnt let all the transfer talk affect him or his game. Still giving 200% and scoring goals. Less can be said for Jelavic in my opinion. I think to many players use this transfer speculation as an excuse for poor performances and lack of interest. Good luck to the lad where ever he goes. Unfortunately after that performance last night we have no hope in signing this boy. But in terms of scotland hopefully he can keep it up and we might finally have that striker weve been missing for years!!

Yep Mark Burchills in cyprus playing for Paralimni. And sorry mate there not Gash. There prob better than us at the moment. Beat Apoel last week and a couldnt see us doing that at the moment.

In the local newspapers today that Apoel are allowing Ivan leave in search of a new challenge. Has been in cyprus for a few years now and has progressed well since he signed for my local team Paralimni. I think we have been linked with him in the past. Would be a tidy little signing and is reported to be available for around 1.5 million euros.

Sorry my mistake i miss heard. You could be right he is on something near that. But according to my mate spurs are due to pay Barca a smiliar deal to ours with hutton. But according to apperances. There due barca £5million euros and are reluctant to pay. So may come to an agreement with which ever club and the player on a pay off to reduce his wages because alot of teams are reluctant to take him him with such high wages.

Not sure on loan or permanent. He didnt know details but he said they had been touting dos santos to a couple of clubs as they want him off there wage bill and want money for some signings in jan. From what he said they were looking for around £3mill for him. As for 15k being a stumbling block its quite a chunk out of our wage bill for a guy who hasnt played much football in 2 years.

Heard from one of my mates over here today who is a spurs fan that apparantely Spurs owe us money in excess of £2million which im guessing was from the Hutton deal. And they have offerd us Giovani Dos Santos to cover the debt. From what i can remember he was a very promising youngster when he first joined spurs but has struggled to get into the team. Only stumbling block could be wages as he is currently on around 15k a week. Just wondered if any of you guys back home had heard anything abou this?

Completely see where your coming from but the same was said about Joey Barton he does a good job. Im watching black now and he is running the midfield. Yeah he is known for his nasty side but he can play too. No worse than what we have. Better footballer than eithe edu or jig as i said!!

Completely agree, sitting here watching Hearts v Hibs and he is running hibs ragged. Direct, pacey amd skillful. Everything were lacking. Another decent bit of business could be Black. Not the most liked guy amongst us but is a tidy little player with a bit of bite. Better than edu and jig!!

All of you have missed the one thing he said that summed us up. When miller left we dealt with it with jelavic. When bougie left we dealt with it with boca and goian. But we havent dealt with Naismith. I couldnt agree with him more. We have noone to cover what he does. I think both pundits spoke alot of sense last night. Lee wallace, im personally not a lover of him. But he is NOT a left midfielder.He panicked every time he got the ball last night. Ill give him a chance at LB but im still unconvinced. Aluko was played out of position. I think he has potential but in is position. He likes to drive inside. Thats his game. Not going down the line. Bit more experience and fitness and i think he could come good. Most of our team went missing last night. In my opinion Bartley an Boca were the only ones who had decent games. Broadfoot for an average player playing out of position tried his best and did ok against one of the trickiest players in the league. We need to get Templeton in now. After last night it shows we desperately need that kind of player. Another one for me would be to bring Chris Burke back. Watched him a few times and he is Birminghams best player this year.

According to ssn whittaker is fit. Shrugged off the knock. Forrest is a doubt for them and samaras has a cold but expected to play.

I agree he is over hyped but he is better than anyone we have in that position. And i watched him against udinese and he made better defenders than our look ordinary. Running past them like they werent there!! He is the only one i that team i worry about. Samaras is shite, yea he's doing alright at the moment but give him a kick and he loses interest.
