What's with these being on a signed in page and in the Bears Den?
Unhappy camper here

Very good but it's only one game, remember.

I really think some people should give up supporting Rangers, because they can always find something to moan about. Showing signs of a housewife, ffs.

Not sure I like to hear the 'luck' word used for our display today. As soon as I seen that McCall had changed the formation, I was excited and as soon as I seen the players press quickly, making things difficult for the Hibs players, I sensed a win was on the cards.
Hibs fans are claiming Hibs were poor today and I can tell you for why - Ally's teams sat back and let them play their preferred style of football. McCall's team today gave no room nor time on the ball, making Hibs look average.

Does anyone know the terms of the deal? Are we simply paying 100% wages on these guys to get them off the wage bill at Newcastle?
-
He's wearing a suit.
And doesn't he wear it well?

Happy wi this. Looking forward to the next game.
Aye, because McCall has a big stick to poke them all with!
It will take time to get that shower of shite back in to playing anything near decent football.

Guys, we need to look forward. Walter is not the answer, as we should be looking at bringing someone in who is willing to take the team forward until the end of the season and then either challenge for the full time position or happy to step down to number two.

sam allardyce looks like he will be leaving west ham or steve mcclaren should he not get derby promotion
Steve McLaren can eat my shite. What a complete fud of a man.

We would be better off having fans representation now, in the form off a POLL on RangersMedia as to what player should start each position on Tuesday and play in what formation. I bet it would form a better team than Ally and his coach can put out (and before anyone says it, yes I did defend Kenny earlier but I was sober and now I ain't).

These players need a massive kick up the arse. Wind did not help but we should be better than that.

what the link or the game ?
Read the thread and you will find a link mentioned umpteen times.

Guys, lay off Kenny McDowell - he does not have a header on his CV stating he is football manager and has never applied to be such. He is a coach that found himself in the role accidentally and has made it clear he does not want to do it, but he is employed by Rangers and the board told him to do it.
Yes our fitba is shite at the moment but he is playing the same players as Ally did, same tactics and today's wind did not help them in the first half. I fully expect a couple of goals for us in the 2nd.

Does this work on iPhone 6?
Fucked if I know, I have it on my PC feeding my TV

Absolutely, regarding your last sentence, Steve.
My gripe would be that an exceptional salary should demand an exceptional performance, which is where it didn't quite come together!
A debate for another time would be: is it harder to make average players play above themselves & so compete against top teams, or to take players from a level above and make them shift their arses against the 'lesser lights'!
The salary he received is the salary his mentor set for him. Blame Walter Smith!

I''ve never stopped going except when Stationed in Germany for 6 years and in the Falklands, Belize, Kosovo,Kuwait, and other places when serving in the RAF and ARMY.
I gave up my one year as an adult supporter when I left to join the RAF in '91. I returned to Ibrox with my son in 2008 for 3 seasons, only for my lad to start playing at a better level on Saturdays. I opted to follow my son at that point and he then become a referee, so we have not returned as yet.
I nearly returned on my own a couple of times but Rangers was always a family thing for me. I was introduced by my Grandad and he made me feel special when I went with him.
-
He was paid a lot of money, even at his cut rate, to get that kind of thing sorted.
No excuses.
I know he was mate but he was in cloud cuckoo land, thinking he was a natural Rangers manager - what Walter told him he would be. I am not making excuses for him, nor do I want him back as the manager, but he did sign up to be the Rangers manager expecting to manage a top team in the top league.
-
Ally won't be back as Manager but i wouldn't grudge against him in as an ambassador role for the club as Sandy Jardine did.
I would agree but not sure he would accept. I reckon balls of steel are required from King and co, when they sit down with Ally, because he will be gagging to finish what he started - thinking he has been wronged.

how can anybody in their right mind compare McCoist with previous managers, what other rangers manager had to pit their wits against plumbers, joiners, supermarket shelf stackers and the like? must have been really tough.! we could have done as well without a manager. McDowell & McCoist were a team , both equally to blame , Kenny said he was carrying on Ally's methods so it would be football suicide not to bring a change of coach, we just can't afford not to go up, step up the training and bring in some tactics and look and play like a team. after todays boost, don't go back to yesterday and all that grief.
I am in agreement that Ally and Kenny are not right for Rangers and they cannot take us forward. However, I will not diss him for the opposition he faced compared to other managers wearing that tie and I shall tell you for why. I believe managing a team of professionals to beat a team of professionals is far easier than managing your players to play those tradesmen you mention. The shelf stacker from Asda would do everything to get one over a professional outfit and I mean EVERYTHING. We seen the treatment Templeton got in Div 3, for example.
Ally was a legend for us and tried his hand at management. He did fail, no doubt, but he was so unlucky in the timing of his tenure because had he taken over from Walters first tenure, he might have been a sensation.

I took from his comments that King wanted the best an for the job and that can take time. He did expand to state that he needed a coach, rather than a manager and by saying that I felt he hinted that Ally will not be back as a manager.
As far as King wanting to speak with Ally and Kenny - absolute sensible option and if he did not I would be wary of him. Not to reinstate but to terminate at a mutual rate.

I really cannot say it enough times - those players that we all scream at every week are good enough to compete in the Premiership and as such - with the correct coaching and guidance - should be able to step up and do it for Rangers. The reason why they have not done so as yet? He is on garden leave and his sidekick is now controlling the team.
The OP makes his opinion known and some are agreeing but I feel that we will bounce back quicker, if we are guided correctly. King and co. have a fair set of balls to stifle the ranks and are about to have their nerve and ability tested. I actually trust them to do it - with the backing from the three bears and co. - but they will have to be ready for a steep climb in a very short space of time. They certainly do not have the three or four years we expected the previous regime to use to correct our status. The board need to be ready to welcome a new manager asap. The board need to be ready to seek out a head scout and have them pull in data to help us in the July window. We, the fans, need to be ready to support the new men and really hope we do!
