  1. Guerrero beats Berto. Really good fight.
  2. At the time of the stoppage the judges had it 78-74 ( ) , 77-76, 77-76 - all for Hatton.
  3. Hatton announces his retirement at the post-fight presser.
  4. Had Senchenko leading by 2 at the time of the stoppage. Landed the cleaner punches for me. Comes down to what you prefer: activity of Hatton or the accuracy of Senchenko. Hatton gave his all though, left it all in there.
  5. IMO Hatton will only need to be at around 70-80% to win. Senchenko isn't all that and has limited power, but his jab is solid and if that's on point he could very well take a decision. I reckon it goes to the cards and it could be controversial.
  6. Hatton and Senchenko both weigh in at 146lbs.
  7. I don't think he's coming back for the money to be honest. If he's coming back for anything other than what he is telling us then it's for a TV deal. Prime Hatton gets rid of Senchenko inside 7 or 8, but I'm doubtful if Ricky will be anywhere near his old self. Looking forward to it anyhow. Going for Hatton on points, but it could be close.
  8. Anyone see the Hatton documentary that was on Channel Five last night? Worth a watch. http://www.channel5.com/shows/ricky-hatton-the-comeback/episodes/ricky-hatton-the-comeback#comments
  9. I don't think he's afraid at all, but I don't see why he should *have* to come and fight in the UK. Can't wait for the Hatton fight. He's put on a really undercard as well.
  10. I don't think Burns beats Broner but I don't think it's a walkover like many seem to think. Burns' performance against Broner will matter more than the result IMO. As for Froch, I think he beats Kessler in a rematch and he'll destroy Bute again. He doesn't beat Ward though, but there's no shame in that, Ward is on a different level.
  11. Straight up domination from Adrien Broner. Consider me sold.
  12. Sky Sports hyping up fighters to be world beaters is nothing new. When they say it about Froch I can accept it a bit more as he's proven on the world stage and has a strong case for being number 2 super-middleweight in the world. It's when they hype up the likes of Brook etc. that piss me off. You can add Bellew into that hype train as well now. He's already lost to one world champion and he doesn't beat any of the others either. Sky Sports and their 1 promoter thing is bullshit. The card Hatton has for his comeback is as good a domestic card as any that's been on Sky Sports this year - and that's even if you were to take Hatton's fight out of the equation.
  13. Dominance from Froch. The body shot to end the fight was a peach.
  14. I like Broner by decision tonight, think his offensive arsenal will be too much for DeMarco. Broner is decent defensively as well but he's no-where near as refined as Floyd was at the same age. DeMarco has a punchers chance. Froch should dispose of Mack without too much trouble. Brian Viloria vs. Hernan Marquez is on tonight as well - that's the fight of the night but sadly no major TV network has picked it up.
  15. Cleverly, Angulo, Santa Cruz and Mares all won last night.
  16. He is indeed mate. He's the first of four fights on the card I believe. Cleverly-Hawk Angulo-Casarez Santa Cruz-Zaleta Mares-Moreno
  17. Wlad Klitschko vs. Wach tonight. 10pm on ESPN. Mares vs. Moreno on BoxNation in the early hours of the morning.
  18. Lucian Bute looked like a man with zero confidence against Denis Grachev on Saturday night. If I'm Bute I opt out of the rematch with Froch and look to rebuild further before fighting for a world title again. Abner Mares vs. Anselmo Moreno this weekend, can't wait. Leo Santa Cruz, Alfredo Angulo and Nathan Cleverly on the undercard.
  19. I hope to never see Witter on my tv again in the near future.
  20. Gavin beats Witter and wins the British title. Hopefully that's the last we see of Witter in a boxing ring, can't stand watching him fight.
  21. Frankie Gavin fights Junior Witter on Thusday night for Witter's British title. Live on Box Nation.
  22. Makes a change. Hopefully Price does the same soon as well.
  23. Tyson Fury to fight Denis Boytsov on December 1st.
  24. Miguel Vazquez vs. Marvin Quintero on Box Nation tonight for any night hawks. Thomas Dulorme and Karim Mayfield both on the undercard.
