  1. If the Board are so confident of winning, why did they try and avoid a contest?
  2. The Board are a bunch of losers - they tried to pull a fast one on the requisitioners and failed miserably, again. Their record of failure is getting quite impressive.
  3. Pity that Fatzine is being briefed by Irvinw
  4. "As I said the club disagree with you as I do, the AGM goes ahead as planned, that is not an assumption that is a clear statement by the board." This Board havemade plenty of other clear statement that turned out to be rubbish
  5. The board as not managed to do what the IPO prospectus said they would do - so how can anyone claim they are a success?
  6. Trouble is a lot of the anti King stuff is coming from Irvine and Media House. Not everybody on the Board at Ibrox wants King, and Irvine doesn't just work for Rangers.
  7. This includes negotiating with Strathclyde's finest "not" to charge a certain manager of another club for racial and sectarian abuse. evidence please. Allowing most media outlets to have a free for all against our club and its supporters without defending them once in a court of law. Yes, trying to defend the Billy Boys song in court would have been a great success Vastly increasing his salary when our club had to downsize and reduce debt. The Board of Directors sets the Chief Executive's salary Forcing the sale of certain players and lying to them personally about it. (Pedro Mendes being just one example). evidence please. If Dave King returns there is a strong chance that this chancer will be making an appearance as well. Is this Jack's latest pr spin against King?
  8. When they bought the Club, they told everyone they had the finance they needed to both buy it and run it - the fact that they had to get a loan from one of their own number at less than favorable rates (conflict of interest, anyone?) suggests they were telling porkies again.
  9. So the Board that brought back Green, re-employed Media House and Irvine after telling us the wouldn't be using them, videod the then Chairman when he was the worse for wear, threaten to sue supporters, waste Police time over a threat that never was, promised an enquiry into Jack's comments re Greig and haven't delivered, promised the fans that the accounts would be out bt now and haven't delivered, appointed a convicted criminal to the Football Club Board, use McLaughlin at the BBC as their mouthpiece, and have almost 30% of shareholders ( shareholders, who actually paid full value for their shares and didn't get them for a penny a pop) and couldn't tell us at a meeting that all the IPO money was gone and then tell the Sun a couple of days later that it was spent, and is described by an outgoing Chairman as dysfunctional - deserve our support? But heyhoe as long as Paul Murray and some guy who runs another forum are stuffed, it's all good.
  10. McMurdo should stick to writing about his rather odd version of Christianity!
  11. The "threat" is quoted in the Sun this morning and frankly it is not a threat - just more crap from Jack's PR machine.
  12. Maybe McMurdo gets his info for his blogs direct from God!
  13. No he doesn't despite all the spin to the contrary he owns only a small percentage of the shares. He has the support of some others that at them moment gives him 24% of the voting rights. But the Business world being what it is, they could change their minds at any time and support someone else, or simply sell their holding all together. After all how much trust do they really have in a convicted criminal?
  14. this and the form for Companies House that hasn't been properly filled out, all seems very amaturish
  15. [That Manx mob have serious bad karma! They must be good for the Club - after all it was Charles Green who brought them in.
  16. That's nonsense - the Easdales started all this when they demanded an EGM to get one of them on the Board, they've been working since then to get the other one on, despite not having a big enough shareholding to warrant it.
  17. The problems in the form may not be sinister at all, but it does suggest that the Club is sloppy about paper work, which is never a good thing. Add that to the Club's apparent lack of knowledge about the rules surrounding players betting then it points to poor management and administration.
  18. This stinks, Artemis hold 5% of the shares and couldn't get Frank Blin on as a Director, yet the Easdales whose combined holding is not much more get two Directorships. Something weird is going on at Ibrox.
  19. It has come to his attention.....everybody knew about Laxey's reputation when they invested money at outset and then when they forced Charles to transfer shares to them when his original promises to them turned out to be somewhat exaggerated. It's a bit rich McMurdo complaining about activist investors when it was his pals Green and Ahmed who introduced them in the first place. Activist investors or a convicted criminal - who would you want?
  20. I can't imagine many financial institutions clamouring to have a convicted fraudster look after their money!
  21. I may be reading too much into it, but the statement says would be free, which is conditional rather than will be free which is unconditional.
  22. It doesn't help when an awful lot of professional players don't know the rules of the game!
