@CalvinB100 Rodriguez on a B-team contract at Espanyol + v keen to come. Rangers might have to raise bid but looks like going through. He's also rejected a new contract with them.

Hopefully we get the bid accepted and he's signed before the Linfield game. If we sign a couple players between now and the 23rd they need to be ready straight away.

Turns out he was talking about someone else when he said the deal was done. Espanyol looking for closer to 500k but we're confident we can get a deal done and Rodriguez wants to join us.

Why's everyone moaning about the size of the bid? It hasn't been rejected or accepted so let's wait and see. And I'm happy that we aren't going straight in with a high bid, for once we're bidding low. Plus none of us know anything about the player..
