It has everything to do with Green and Co and arguably goes as far back during the cost cutting era when the bank was running the club, a stadium as big as Ibrox next constant concurrent maintenance otherwise it will fall in to disrepute. Wyhte, Green etc. let the parts of the stadium fall in to a mess, can only imagine how neglected the bits we don't see have been left.

I think he said this in the hope that we would be competing with Celtic still at Christmas, unfortunately for us and lucky for Dave King we aren't.
