I am pretty sure they were part of the board that brought the debt down from about 50 mill to 18 mill. If u are referring to the EBT's I believe this was blind ambition and Ill-judged and something several large companies and football teams have used (still no verdict on this remember) but Whytes antics are on a completely different level.

Maybe he's only recently came across some kind of proof. AJ has a big axe to grind with Whyte and maybe shouldn't be playing it out in the media (although if he didn't some would complain about that too) but I have no doubt he is a Rangers man and always had the best interest of the club at heart. Like them or lothe them AJ and Paul Murry were 100% right about Whyte from the very start of all this.

I am by no means defending the old board and especially Murray (David) but how can you compare EBT situation to the unpaid tax, PAYE and missing millions from Whytes ten months in charge? The old board were surely advised by some financial experts this system was legit and is also being used by EPL teams? These guys wanted to keep Rangers on top and were wreck less but I believe they had the best interest of the club at heart. Like I said I am not defending them and are furious at the predicament the club was left in but Craig Whyte for me takes this to a whole new level. Mortgaging off the season ticket money was bad enough but to the blatantly lie to the supporters deniying this on national tv is sickening. Taking tax and PAYE from employees again sickening and to be doing this from day one of his tenure!! But worst of all is the way our club has been kicked from pillar to post and dragged through the mud these past few days. I can't see any way back for the rat.

Say what you like about Paul Murry be he has been 100% right form the beginning about Whyte and his statement about him is also spot on. Paul Murray is a Rangers man and at this moment is being pro active so don't put the guy down for trying to drumb up some serious interest. I don't understand what some people want or expect, Whyte has NO money to get us out of this his only way out is selling our assets and relaying on the fans he lied to to bail him out because he knows how important the club is to the supporters

If we are to believe Craig Whyte and he has nothing to hide now just have the AGM produce accounts and show us where the money has gone and if what he says is true regarding his personal investment he might get some fan backing but I have my doubts.
