Hey all, just a random thought regarding the possible aftermath of the tax case (yep, the one everyone including me is fed up of hearing about, sorry!) - IF the worst were to happen & we lost, resulting in a big fuck-off bill / probable administration / 783 point deduction for next season(if you believe our shite-caked neighbours in the east) / whatever... what do you think would happen if Whyte effectively called the bluff of the SFA/SPL & told them to go royally fuck themselves, dismissing ANY points deduction, fine or other punishment, whatsoever? Would Whyte get away with threatening to liquidize the club, withdraw from the SPL/SFA & completely fuck up Scottish football as we know it, if they imposed any sanctions on us? Would they stick to their guns & refuse to let us participate in the SPL, knowing that would effectively sound a death-knell for the league as it stands - after all, it's the old firm matches that sell broadcasting rights, league sponsorship deals etc. etc. & without us, i'm pretty sure they'd have a few disgruntled sponsors to fend off & ultimately a few cheques to hand back - or would they rewrite the rule-book & go for a lie down in a darkened room until the dust settled? Just a random thought... J

Cool, no worries - i'd love to see him given a good thrashing in court & reduced to the steaming pile of rambling bitterness we know he is, for all to see. Not heard much regarding the details of why he moved back & forth - noticed someone on another thread claimed to have all the inside info on the reason he defec(a)ted back to the east-end shitehawks, saying it wasn't his fault etc. TBH if I were in a similar position i'd have no second thoughts whatsoever about leaving my youth team to join the Gers, but the fact he's been here for a few years & taken advantage of our excellent development facilities because he apparently didn't get due recognition from them & then subsequently fucked off back is a bit disappointing. I'd like to seem him make enough first team appearances to get us a hefty fee back, then vanish into obscurity as though it was all some establishment plan all along...

And no i'm not a tim Seen a thread a couple of days ago on the young guy, who by all accounts could turn out to be a decent player - if he doesn't get run over by a bus I knew he started out at them, then moved to the good guys (presumably to avoid molestation) before doing another u-turn & going back to the dark side, I don't know however the timelines involved with the transfers & was wondering if we're due any compensation for turning him into the world beater the other mob are now claiming he is, any info would be appreciated, cheers!
