TBK have won the race to take over Rangers, and will be announced as Preferred Bidders tomorrow.
Final details have been ironed out over the weekend and agreed with D&P.
Ticketus are involved, but Kennedy is not, at this stage anyway.
The BK will now proceed with D&P to agree a CVA with creditors before the deadlines for further footballing sanctions to be imposed.
Whytes shareholding to be secured In exchange for him not being sued for his PG by Ticketus.
CVA likely to agreed as talks already taken place between D&P and HMRC and HMRC are not going to be too difficult to deal with, and as they will have the major say, this will see the CVA go through.
The club will NOT be liquidated!

For instance if you check their report it'll say their best position/role is poacher - attack or target man - support? That might help.
Sounds like your team isn't creating enough chances for your forward men either. Try more direct play and exploiting the wings/passing into space.

Adam Johnson is usually unsettled and looking to leave by the end of the first season. I picked him up for £3.7m in January of the 2nd season, but he'd been listed since the Summer.
You should play Crisetig instead of Bourceanu as your holding midfielder. He develops into a world class midfielder, while Bourceanu is pretty much fully developed to begin with and isn't that great either.

I play that formation, and just tweak the players roles depending on who's playing and who I'm playing against. Generally those roles fit my best side though.
Signings include Andile Jali, Antonio Candreva, Lorenzo Crisetig, Milan Djuric, Carlos Fierro, Roderick Miranda, Giuseppe Prestia, Adam Johnson, Fernando, Clement Grenier, and Alberto Paloschi.

Roderick Miranda is a serious must-sign player. Cost £1m at the end of the first season, and he's developed into a superb defender.

Check post #822 for a screenshot of him after four seasons of development. He's outstanding.

Have a look to see if Antonio Candreva is out of contract. I signed him at the end of the first season in my game and he went to be my main creative force for three years, before going to Chelsea for £14m.
