That isn't going to improve things though. Anyone willing to come here on a temp basis isn't going to be an established name or make a huge impact for us. I want Beale out as much as the next guy but you need to have a better infrastructure in place (eg a Sporting Director) who also has a good shortlist of candidates in place.
