Players should have been moved on last summer and with key players entering their last year I can see alot of people being disappointed in the fees we get for them. Allowing they choose to go of course as they will be free to talk to other clubs in January, let's face it we have done it often enough.

If we can win the next four games in Europe that would no just be the biggest game of the season, we are talking year, decade, century and this millenium and would give us the finance to rebuild the team. Big ask but I'm wi Big Marv

Also need to find out what the young team have got so we can focus what limited funds we have where they are really needed and that's strikers for me. Anything else is just a bonus.

St Mirren are very poor, we really needed that second goal before half time. Still reeked a bit of just doing enough as we should gave created alot more clear cut opportunities against this lot. Real sad about big Fil, hope that's no a reocourrance of the same foot injury and we can only hope Lundstram was taken off as a precaution.

Whilst there are people on the board i think should ve replaced, curious the explosion of anti-board sentiment just after King has been refused re-admittance to the board. The Kingalings will be singing the group song before the next meeting no doubt: All together now .... My King-a-ling

Two strikers, three if morelos goes, enough with the converted winger experiment it has clearly not worked. Kent has how many goals this season and as for the other side

Gio's should have been able to get a decent performance out of the existing squad his inability to do so must raise questions. A poor transfer window at new year is a mitigating factor but sadly doubts still remain over his man management skills for me

Are we stuck with this squad selection for the second leg as well? If not I'd seriously consider bringing in some of the young team coz to many of 1st team nowhere near it. -

They were a poor team and we were worse. Most positive thing I can say is we are no out of this yet. -

We were doing ok until that disallowed goal then our lot messed their shorts, sat way to deep and allowed them to take over the game. -

I want our lads breakin' faster than Boogaloo Shrimp to a Chakakhan tune -
Just highlights the need to increase capacity at Ibrox, where the money comes from is another matter. Ideas on a postcard to:

Revisionism regarding Gerrard
southcoastbear replied to The true baller's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Neither Defoe or Roofe is ideal for playing the lone striker role imo, in fact I've never been a fan of the tactic and would prefer another striker closer so they dont end up isolated as Alfie has so often this season. Too often we find Morelos in the box on his own with almost the whole opposition defence to battle against. We dont have the players for the current system and although i can understand Gio's thinking when taking over mid season from Gerrard he surely must change things now. Likely he wont though taking into account his time at Feyenoord -

Much younger Braga side than the one we played last time. If the team can be bothered to shift their backsides and actually put in a performance we have every chance of a favourable result tonight. With it being a bigger shop window for them, as they see it, never know they may well shift themselves. -

I thought managers were supposed to select tactics and formations that suited the players available. Nowadays it appears the system is king and they will stick players just about anywhere to suit their precious system. -

Was only joking really but agree that only an idiot does the same thing time and again and expects a different outcome.
