So youd have Balogun play and possibly break down and be left with playing Bassey at CB for rest of season or an extremely off form Helander.

This team's attitude has been poor all season outside Europe and that includes before Gio's arrival. Several clearly do not have the necessary commitment to play for our club and if we get a half decent offer for them I'd take it. I dont know if they believe they are too good for Scottish football but their attitude makes them no use to us despite them technically being decent players.

How can gerrard win one trophy in three years and be given chance after chance and we have yet another post new year slump and people want our manager out the door. The attitude of the players has been in question long before his arrival and a poor transfer window in January has certainly not improved the squad. People need to start asking questions of the board and their transfer policy before laying the blame squarely at the managers door.

On paper our players are better, a better team I'm no so sure as to many of players attitude stinks.

Roofe is never a lone striker IMO. Needs someone up there with him for support but that's no Alfie even if he was fit. Would say gaffer needs to tell them to sort it out or they are both gone, but that's tricky when Buff would welcome a move it appears.

OP makes a good point, have to stop giving the players so much time off during the breaks until they get the idea this will not be tolerated.

If we dont turn this league around, now out of our own hands, I can see the same transfer model of bosman's and loans predominating in the summer . Whoever secures the champions league automatic qualification will be able to significantly invest in their squad.

Got to admit I would have played Kamara over Aribo and saved him to come on after the hour mark. Dont agree with the gaffer team selection but the game is far from done as usually they are done by about 60 mins and their squad depth abysmal. Need to get in about them start of second half as they will come out flying look for a third so they can hang on .

We do it indirectly every year with our membership of the SPFL, them being a shareholder and all, doesnt mean I have to be happy about it.
