  1. I know this has nothing to do with but his goal in the Semi Final is still incredible to watch even now What a fucking hit
  2. See in fairness this guy was on @Muff’s radar for well over a decade and he watched him play on several occasions
  3. Crawford plays in the States now for Charleston Battery in South Carolina. Not a bad life.
  4. Retires at only 28. Really feel for him. His attitude was spot on and he obviously had a pretty good level of talent at a young age but his body just couldn’t keep up. Read a short interview of him speaking about how much it battered his mental health so hopefully he goes on to have a fulfilling career whichever way he goes.
  5. I love that goal against Stuttgart Some noise on the tele that night, there used to be a stunning video on DailyMotion or something with Derry’s Walls and McAllister saying it was the loudest noise he’d ever heard in his life
  6. Holidayed into like end of 2022, early 2023 as an unemployed no badge Sunday league experience manager as I always do. Applied for jobs but only considered ones I really fancied. Got Slough Town dead bottom of blue square south (it’ll always be that name to me) who hadn’t won in 15 games and were 13 points from safety about halfway or just over into the season. I’m on matchday 37 now of a 46 game season and I’ve climbed to 22nd, with one place above me before safety. However, that 13 point gap is now a mere 5 points. I recruited well and took my chances with 6 loans from leagues above with nowhere near enough time to scout properly. Most have hit the ground running and my trusted FM22 4-4-2 diamond formation with a trademark Half Back and Carrilero inclusion has worked wonders - only 3 losses in around ~10+ games. Life can be shite but there’s always FM. I love it.
  7. Was in my mates the other night and he was playing Need For Speed on his PS5 Blew my mind the graphics
  8. More chance of GVB playing a 3-1-4-2 or 4-3-1-2 than a flat 4-4-2 But very unlikely
  9. They’re more interested in providing Bisgrove with his well-sought luxurious, out of touch corporate boxes to wine and dine fat cat sponsors than helping loyal people like your grandad with having somewhere comfortable, safe and appropriate to watch his team. Its so cliche saying “modern football” in response to issues like this but ultimately it’s inadequate to say anything else. Rangers have now willingly embraced all that’s bad about modern football. It seemed like we’d maybe avoided a lot of the toxic ‘modernisations’ that you see down south but that was probably because of where we were financially after 2012. This is now only going one way and it’s towards an ever-widening chasm between regular, hardworking people who love the game, and an elite few who smell profit, status and the opportunity for self-promotion.
  10. It’s a bit cliche but I’ve never seen a footballer enjoy playing the game as much as him, he always had a smile on his face and always tried to entertain
  11. I don’t think there’s anything overtly negative about not celebrating going 2 points behind while the Rangers team continues to perform well below acceptable standards
  12. Big man fucking gets it by the way
  13. Mate it is fucking shocking the leeway this was given Kris Boyd lost his brother around that period to tragic circumstances and that disdain was deemed permissible by the likes of Sportscene and the rest of them Genuinely fucking disgusting
  14. When was it Kilmarnock got done then? Complete myth to silence the loudest noise in British football
  15. Had time to reflect but see genuinely it’s moments like this that last longer in history than any result Fuck that fucking scum The 4 in that photograph stood up to the fucking plate, and the standards of Walter & Struth were upheld in that moment Many a Rangers side hasn’t met the standard on the football pitch but have maintained the character of that expected by its loyal society, dare I say it that today is one who served that purpose with honour I have the utmost respect for the four of them
  16. I fucking miss Aribo man Forever in my mind after the obvious Gave me easily the happiest moment of my life
  17. Was scratching my head there
  18. Colak led it, photo on the BBC article shows Tavernier, Colak, Jack & McCann getting tore into them
  19. Also the only remote positive from today was Colak leading our players to their corner after his goal and giving them it fucking raw His post-match comments on it show he’s a very decent human being They are the complete opposite
  20. Can’t wait for them to get relegated and never come back up
  21. If we drop points today I struggle to see how he’s still in a job
  22. Ye canny fucking say he’s downed tools cause he jumped early for a header get fucked
