  1. Thing I hate about this board, in fact, all bulletin boards/forums, is that no-one is willing to stick their head above the parapet and disagree with the heavy hitters. Me, couldna give a f*ck I have NO problem with the notion of financial penalties and points deductions - don't want them, but I understand them. I don't hate or wish ill on any of the other 11 who might vote this in (including them, they are just another team but I don't hate them) I don't often go to games, so any boycott that I take part in will make no difference. They don't hate us, they are looking after themselves - it's just business. Taking advantage of another business's failings isn't personal, it's business. The reason for 'new' rules is that our position right now is shocking the core of scottish football - Livi, Dundee, Gretna: who gives a toss. Rangers, that's different - not because they 'hate' us, just because we're a huge part of the game. Do we deserve the penalties, do we fuck. Should the club be penalised 'pour encourage les autres' - probably. It might just send a shot across the decks of any would be investors that liquidation or a re-ocurrence of administration (like Portsmouth for example) will not be tolerated. I have donned my tin hat and thick skin, so fill your boots up if you want - or maybe just stop banging on about everyone hating us and start to think rationally. Spot on
  2. None of the 3 bidders are in a position to do anything about this and all 3 will definitely keep us in the spl no matter what the penalties. Astonishing we can be treated this way but that is the reality of our current predicament!

  4. 24/09/80 Super allys 18th birthday! Born in the same hospital as the great man
  5. I heard it was 2.5 mil up front and the other 2.5 paid in instalments over the next three year
  6. Losing two mil a month is mental. We sold off the catering contract so make nothing on food and drink on match days. The wage bill must be far too high. I worry we are going to see a poorer standard of player wearing the jersey when this is all over. I mean Whittaker gets 22k a week on a five year contract. Who sanctioned that? Rooney didn't get a five year contract at man u ffs
  7. I hope it's tbk. I just don't feel comfortable with a foreign consortium. How much do they know about the club? The history, culture and traditions are what make rangers and I feel we would be at risk of losing that with foreign owners. Think Portsmouth , Blackburn even hearts these clubs have had problems because the foreign owners just don't get British football. I just hope it can be sorted before the end of the season. We need to start planning for next year WATP
  8. I am really struggling to understand the negative reaction to the op. As a new member recently moved to England, this is one of the best ways for me to keep track of what's going on with Rangers. However the constant bickering and in-fighting amongst our own support just seems bizarre to me. Surely anything that helps the club at this time has to be supported or is scoring points on a forum more important?
  9. I have read above citation and still struggle to see the relevance to our club. Is it not saying that a few years ago someone hacked allys personal details. Its happened to numerous sporting figures and celebs all over Britain. Hardly evidence of a great conspiracy. You sound like one of them!
  10. Ally put out the best team available. It should still have been good enough to beat dundee hibs. What worries me before next week is the way he seems to have no plan b. If we go behind the heads go down, not what i expect from any rangers team. Even without all the off field struggles ally has not done anything to convince me of his ability to be a sucessful rangers manager
  11. And this is relevant to our club because?
  12. Surely ticketus aren't involved in the cva. We are due them for future ticket sales or do we already owe them cash?
